Full Immersion Networking and Relationship Building
w/ Lane Kawaoka & Other HUI Investors
You make a good salary, and you’re putting away savings that barely keeps up with the cost of living. You need a professional, trustworthy team to build your passive income cash flow.
In The Wealth Elevator: Real estate syndications, accredited investor banking, and tax strategies for first-gen millionaires, real estate investor and fund manager Lane Kawaoka shows you how to ascend the investment floors to financial freedom.
I WAS a Licensed Professional (PE) Civil/Industrial Engineer, who began investing in 2009 in rainy Seattle after being a ramen-eating cheapo. Once I discovered the difference between ‘Cashflow Investing‘ and ‘Appreciation Investing‘ (i.e. gambling / speculating) . . . I moved my portfolio into 11 single-family rentals in Birmingham, Atlanta, Indianapolis, and Pennsylvania. Over the years, I have invested in Class C & B Multi-Family Apartment, RV Parks, mobile homes, and assisted living facilities, because of this nation’s demand for affordable housing. I quit my day job, and the passive income from investing in stable rental properties made it possible for me to move back home to Hawaii where the cost of paradise is 10%+ cost of living and -30% less pay for comparable jobs in the US mainland. Now my goal is to spread the knowledge and share the tools I’ve gained along the way!
